No pictures. I haven't uploaded them to the computer yet...maybe later today, not that I have a bunch. I'll have to steal from Husband somehow.
First of all, I just don't like Mexico. I've been there three times in the last five or so years...I just have not been impressed. Granted, I've been to Ensenada (which is kind of like Tijuana and isn't far from there - that was two years ago on our honeymoon), Puerto Vallarta (which is extremely tourist-friendly - went there in 2007, I believe), and Cozumel....all of which are tourist areas and relatively safe, if you can call visiting Mexico "safe" by any means, especially when you're as white as I am.
Secondly, as much as I loved my first trip to Jamaica in 2001, I was not in love with it this time. We did get to see some cool stuff but it just wasn't "right" for some reason.
Thirdly, when can I move to the Cayman Islands? Seriously. I want to move there. Now. Gorgeous area, nice people from all over the world, clean, safe, and people are either retired, work, are forced to work, or are in jail. Tax-free, too. There's a reason why there are so many banks in the Cayman Islands and it has nothing to do with "hiding" money. There are no taxes. None. That's why people put their money into banks in the Cayman Islands.
So, why am I talking about Mexico, Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands? Why not Costa Rica, Bermuda, and Belize? Let's just say that we really needed a vacation, Carnival loves us, and Little Man charmed everyone he met...except the assholes from Jersey.
When I have some pictures uploaded, I'll tell you more about what we did :) And I might even have a WIP Wednesday and FO Friday to write about...we'll see.
