Y3: Self-Imposed Year of Projects - Update #8

Hello, hello, hello! It's Sunday Funday here in the San Francisco Bay Area and that means it's time for another installment of my Self-Imposed Year of Projects update :)

Things just keep on rolling along...

7. Zombie ViXen Fingerless Mitts: started November 23, 2013; finished February 19, 2014

Oh lookie hey der! I've got another FO for this week :) I found some spoons and finished up my ZombieViXen Fingerless Mitts on Wednesday night. They've been given a couple soaks (the first one with some Eucalan and the second with that plus vinegar...the first bath turned a bit green) and should be dry but, honestly, I haven't checked. Oops. It's been a busy weekend!

Anyway, onward...

 Works-In-Progress (WIPs)
1. Traveling Vines Socks (Adult): started May 31, 2013
2. Dragon's Egg Socks: started September 2, 2013

My WIP list is EXTREMELY naked right now. I just haven't had enough energy to start something new. And I don't know what to start next and I'd prefer it not be another pair of socks or something done on teeny needles...sooooooo I need to spend some time pondering what I'm going to do next. And that's okay. I have a feeling that some dishcloths or some hats may make appearances, just to get some semi-instant gratification in.

My remaining lists are the same as they were last week :)

Stitches West is this weekend so I've been partaking in the shopping extravaganza and some LSG events and other follies. I expect that there will be a stash enhancement post in a day or two or three, if I enhanced at all (and I'm sure I have).

I hope you've all had a lovely week :)

  2. Yes, I'm guessing it's not even possible to go to Stitches West without partaking in some stash enhancement :)

I feel the same about no more small needles - I've just cast on a Looped Loop on size 8 needles ... woohoo, it's knitting up fast!

  3. It would be a shame not to (enhance the stash)! Can't wait to see what you choose as your next project.
